It looks like I'll need to be awake at midnight in Western Australia (UTC+8) to see this. I hope you'll make this available for download so the non-US customers and resellers have a chance at accessing this too.

IS there a way to listen to the archive of this ?
CRM is a big help plus I think every business should try a Channel management software because of the many advantages it offers. One of which is the increased in productivity since the software give a set of targeted efficiency tools that can automate many time-intensive administrative duties inside the business.
